Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, improper washing, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

Order Changes & Cancellations
